For management of a large complex, We will work with an onsite manager and perform all bookkeeping services needed to efficiently analyze performance. We work hands-on with licensed contractors who provide any required maintenance and can address all issues. We also have an after-hours emergency line to assure that maintenance items are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Second homes are becoming popular, due to Idaho's inexpensive housing . Idaho has been rated as one of the safest states, in terms of both natural disasters and not-so-natural disasters, such as crime. Although agriculture remains the major industry in rural areas, Idaho has taken an aggressive approach to attracting large technology firms such as Hoku, Micron, Hewlett Packard, and On Corporation, thereby establishing itself as an extension of the technology corridor.
